Cicciobello Woodfired Oven Cooking Classes offer a 2 hours hands-on pizza cooking class using your own oven. This include 12 pizzas plus the following:

• How to manage the fire

• Mix and prepare your fresh pizza dough

• Hand-toss your pizzas like a professional

• Prepare and cook a variety of gourmet meats, vegetables and seafood ingredients in the oven before using them on your pizzas

• Prepare, cook and enjoy a mouth watering selection of
  - Italian entrees
  - Main pizzas
  - Dessert pizzas

$275 for a class of 2 hours. All ingredients included.
