About the functions
We try hard to accommodate
any
requirements you'll
might have, from the location of the
oven to your guest dietary needs.
Location
The trailer is 1.6m in width and as long as you
have an entrance that allows the oven to get
through we can set it directly in the heart of
the party. Alternatively the front yard or
garage will do.
We need to set up at least 2
hours before your guests arrive.
We need a power point nearby and
a water source. In the
event of rain an undercover option will be
ideal.
Dietary needs
At NO EXTRA COST
we can cater for
gluten free, vegetarian or no cheese.
We don't use peanuts and our dough has a
small amount of milk.
About
the oven
Western Australian built. Our woodfired oven
is custom made to our specification. It sits
on a trailer and can be moved with ease as long as the ground is
solid and not sandy.
During the party the
stainless steel trailer is elegantly covered
by a black cloth.
We use a selection of Jarrah
and Mallee roots to achieve the ideal
temperature of 400
degrees necessary to cook
the perfect pizza .
About the dough
NO
shortcuts and maximum care is given to
produce the perfect dough. Probably the most
important components of the perfect pizza.
Our dough is freshly made
following an old
Italian recipe. We allow the
dough to rest and rise for 24 hour before
use. The bases are shaped and dressed in
front of your guest and are thin and crispy.
