The Pizza Dough
IMPORTANT: Our pizza bases are NOT pre-baked or frozen.
NO shortcuts and maximum care is given to produce the perfect dough, the most important component of the perfect pizza.
Our dough is freshly made following our unique Italian recipe.
We are proud to produce a high quality pizza dough that has allowed us to win numerous awards & contributed in making us Perth's leading pizza caterer.
We allow the dough to proof for 48 hour before use. The dough is hand tossed and is traditionally fluffy in the inside with a crunchy crust.
